SMS program description and messaging use cases

When you opt in, Yerg Remodeling may send recurring SMS or MMS messages using automated technology. Non-marketing messages may include responses to inquiries, consultation and appointment confirmations or reminders, estimate follow-ups, project scheduling and progress updates, and customer support. If you separately consent to marketing messages, those messages may include special offers, discounts, and promotional updates about our remodeling services.

SMS opt-in and consent

You must be at least 18 and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. You may opt into non-marketing messages, marketing messages, both, or neither. Any SMS consent choices must be optional and unchecked until you select them. Consent is not a condition of purchase, requesting an estimate, or submitting an inquiry.

We send only the message categories you authorize. Providing a phone number alone is not SMS consent. Please tell us if your number changes or you are no longer authorized to use it. You may continue to contact us by phone or email without enrolling in text messages.

Age restriction: 18 years or older

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the Yerg Remodeling SMS program. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 or older and are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

Message frequency and message/data rates

Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, appointments, project activity, and selected messaging categories. This is a recurring messaging program.

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless provider may charge for text messages you send or receive and for data used. Contact your wireless provider for information about your messaging or data plan.

Opt-out instructions: text STOP

You can cancel text messaging at any time by replying STOP to the number that sent you a message. We will send a confirmation of your unsubscribe request. After that confirmation, you will receive no further messages from that program unless you enroll again. To rejoin, complete the opt-in process again and provide fresh consent. Carrier liability disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability and delivery depend on your device, wireless provider, network coverage, and other factors. Text messaging is not intended for emergencies or time-critical communications.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy, linked below, explains how we handle information and messaging consent. Mobile information is not shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent does not authorize messages from unrelated businesses.

Content and external services

Website text, branding, and images are owned by Yerg Remodeling or used with permission. You may view the site for personal use; copying or republishing its content requires permission except where allowed by law. Links to third-party websites, including consultation booking services, are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the revised version and date here. Changes do not retroactively expand your SMS consent. Where required, we will provide notice or obtain renewed consent before changing the types of messages you receive. Your separate written project agreement continues to govern contracted remodeling work.

Website use and project services

Yerg Remodeling provides remodeling information and ways to request consultations for kitchen, bathroom, flooring, and related home improvement services. Use this site lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us. Do not interfere with the site's operation or submit information you are not authorized to provide.

Website content and calculator results are general planning information. They are not binding quotes, guarantees, or a construction contract. Project scope, pricing, scheduling, payment terms, and warranties are established in a separate written agreement. Submitting a consultation request does not confirm an appointment or obligate you to purchase services.
