What information we collect

If you opt into text messages, we maintain your messaging preferences and records of your consent and opt-out requests.

Our website and hosting providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, and access times to deliver the site, troubleshoot problems, and protect against abuse.

How we use your data

We use information to answer questions, arrange consultations, prepare estimates, coordinate projects, provide customer support, maintain service records, and protect our website. With your consent, we use your mobile number to send the categories of text messages you selected. Promotional messages require separate marketing consent. We also use information as needed to meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.

SMS opt-in details

SMS enrollment requires your express consent to receive text messages from Yerg Remodeling at the mobile number you provide. Where consent is collected through a form, you must actively select the optional, unchecked consent box for the message category you want. Marketing and non-marketing consent are separate choices; you may select either, both, or neither. Submitting a contact or booking request alone does not subscribe you to SMS.

Non-marketing texts may include inquiry responses, estimate follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, project scheduling and progress updates, and customer support. Marketing texts may include special offers, discounts, and promotions for remodeling services, only if you separately consent to them.

We use your phone number and consent records to honor your selected messaging preferences and opt-out requests. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. No sharing of SMS opt-in data and consent

SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell or rent SMS opt-in information or transfer consent to another business.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or transfer your mobile number or SMS consent for another business's messaging program. Consent applies to Yerg Remodeling and to the message categories you authorize. Providing a phone number, requesting an estimate, or accepting website terms does not by itself authorize marketing texts.

Your SMS choices and unsubscribe rights

SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You may consent to service messages, marketing messages, both, or neither. Message frequency varies with your project activity and the program you select. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to a message from us to unsubscribe. After an opt-out confirmation, no further messages will be sent through that program unless you opt in again. Service providers and other disclosures

We use providers to support website hosting and security, consultation scheduling, customer management, and communications. They may process information needed to perform those services for us. Our website is hosted through Cloudflare, and our consultation links currently lead to SimplyWise. The mobile information and consent protections above apply to all disclosures described in this policy.

We may disclose other information when legally required, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect people, property, and our rights. We limit disclosures to the information needed for those purposes.

Cookies and tracking technologies

Our website and service providers may use cookies or similar technology for site functionality and security. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect some features. External services, including SimplyWise booking pages and linked map or review sites, may use their own cookies and collect information under their own privacy policies. Review those policies when using those services.

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar technologies may include local browser storage, which can remember settings, and server logs, which record page requests for delivery and security. You can block or delete cookies and clear stored site data in your browser. Those choices do not automatically unsubscribe you from text messages; text STOP separately to withdraw SMS consent.

Our website uses HTTPS to encrypt information in transit between your browser and the website. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to reduce unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss of personal information.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to fulfill requests, provide services, maintain consent and suppression records, and meet legal or recordkeeping requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No method of online transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights: access, update, and delete information

Contact us using the details below to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to ask about other privacy rights available under applicable law. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations, active projects, or to honor your request not to receive further messages.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can address it.

Policy updates

We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The current version will be available on this page with its last updated date. A policy update does not create or expand your SMS consent; we will obtain additional consent when required.
